I called a plumber (for repairs) for the first time in my 46 years. Saw the good reviews and am turned off by all the mass-market jingles playing on the radio every day (yes, I listen to the radio occasionally), plus the name is great, no? Well, Greg took the time to listen to my situation, suggested a simple fix that even I could try, and voila, problem seems to be gone. So, I'm writing this review, ironically, because I never even had to hire Honey Do. It wouldn't have been much for any plumber to log a site visit, minimum charge, etc. To me, that speaks volumes about the type of business you're dealing with and they will be my first call if I ever actually do need a plumber on site.
